Synchronous Design is our development process which starts by focusing on a product’s requirements and expectations. We then look for functions and features to add, eliminate, or enhance as we discover ways to make the product more effective and more valuable. Our professionals, with their expansive knowledge base, are ideally suited to excel at this kind of work. Designing for manufacturing. We were the first design firm to hire engineers to improve the integrity of the mechanical functions/structures that underpinned our product designs. Once those engineers were in place they began to work with production facilities and the benefits of designing for manufacture and assembly became obvious i.e. lower costs, higher quality, and longer product life cycles. We are now involved in the rapidly expanding manufacturing revolution providing our clients’ products with new functionality and value derived from automation, sensors, and materials. Indeed, we are implementing new technologies that will actually improve the operational cost-effectiveness of products.
