About Forrest Close

I have close to 30 years of experience in the financial industry with 25 years on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. At Merrill Lynch Wealth Management I draw on my extensive experience to aid clients in their pursuit of financial well being. I do this by helping clients and their families identify and work towards achieving their financial goals at every stage of their lives. My approach to wealth management is consultative, and I am committed to excellence. First, I take the time to listen to and review client financial situations, preferences and goals. Second, I offer recommendations for asset allocations designed to accurately reflect each client's income and growth goals. And third, I follow up with discussions covering a wide range of opportunities, including investments, retirement, and estate planning services. I am a specially Senior Portfolio Advisor can help clients pursue their objectives by managing on a discretionary basis custom investment strategies, selecting from a wide range of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management model portfolios and third-party investment strategies. I received a B.A in Economics from Columbia University. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, at the beach in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
