I have built my life around the simple philosophies of “Will it work?” and “How can it be better?” There is absolutely nothing more interesting and engaging than a person, a system, a group of people, a process, an idea that can be better. Nothing is more satisfying than making something more functional. Nothing is more energizing than confronting a complex issue and parsing it into improvable parts. Every bit of success and value is found in making “it” work and making “it” better. Constant improvement is what drives the future. Constant improvement is what drives me. Whether it was a cluttered department that thrived after equipment upgrades and arrangement optimization, or a motivated team who were brought from disarray into a cohesive force to be reckoned with, or a set of disarrayed and disjointed administrative processes brought from chaos to seamless function, everything in life can be achieved simply by asking “Will it work?” and “How can it be better?” and then committing fully to a plan of action. I thrive in systemic analysis and administrative action, where the true measure of effectiveness is found. I constantly strive to make myself better, and relentlessly apply the skills, knowledge, and education that I have achieved and earned to have a measurable positive effect on the world around me. I am looking to hit the ground running and gain more experience in focused administrative roles that require analysis and a motivated eye for detail with the ability to apply myself and grow better every day. From completing a challenging Bachelor's of Business Administration to nearly four years of stellar administration and management experience, I thrive in tirelessly making things work and in making them better.
