About Forrest Newman

I am 23 years old with 6 years of gas station/c-store experience and 4 years of food service experience. I have managerial skills such as making deposits, ordering and receiving truck shipments, scheduling and running a shift of any where between 2 and 6 employees excluding myself. Most recently I was an assistant store manager of an Arby's under the franchise of Brumit Restaurant Group, based out of Asheville, NC. This required me to be charge of making sure our unit has the staff and product to run effectively whilst the general manager is away from the unit, assisting in making the schedule for roughly 16 employees, myself, the general manager and shift managers (including those in training). I also assisted with the training of new shift managers and the continuation of training for those certified as managers. I was primarily the one that orders and received our truck. I also assisted with orientation and on larding of new hires.
