I’m a person of great integrity and competence with over 15 years experience in the maintenance industry. I have the ability to construct well thought out solutions for problems. I am a decision-maker, well organized, resourceful, and profit oriented. A formidable team leader with experience in educating staff using traditional non-traditional and electronic training. I have the credentials of EPA Proctor, OSHA 10 Construction and Certified Pool & Spa Operator, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in environmental and safety standards. I also have a background in the U.S. Army where I learned valuable skills in watercraft operation, radar, and leadership. I uphold the Army's core values of integrity, courage, loyalty, duty, honor, candor, competence, commitment, and selfless service in everything I do. My goal is to ensure the highest quality of service and satisfaction for the residents and the owners of the properties I manage.
