With an experience of over 5 years, my professional career has evolved from a marketing communication specialist to leading change management in an organization. I am associated with Evolute group over the last 5 years and the journey has been a continuous improvement towards self development. My current role encompasses steering the employee base towards a transformational journey that the organization has envisioned. Driving change & transformation through engaging, simple & effective strategies that are employee centric are key to my role. Positioning the employer brand in collaboration with HR business partners to uplift the corporate brand identity is the external facet of my role. I also lead cross-functional teams that drive employee engagement, learning & development along with culture growth. I am currently pursuing an internal leadership drive and connecting people together to the organization's larger purpose.
