I worked for the Houston Police Department for 38 years. I spent 5 years in Patrol, 5 years in Mounted Patrol, 6 years in IT and the last 22 years in Air Support Division. For Houston, I was a Pilot in the MD500's, Crew Chief in the Bell 412 SAR helicopter, Chief Tactical Flight Officer and I maintained the mission equipment which included FLIR systems, Moving Map systems, Tactical Equipment, Downlink / Uplink equipment and anything else nobody else usually wants to do. I am now a pilot at Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. We fly two OH58's from the 1033 program. I am still working on "Special Projects" at Fort Bend.
