Presently, I am honored to be associated with the esteemed MAN Enterprise, leading and implementing comprehensive safety strategies to safeguard personnel and project integrity at the USA Embassy in Beirut and various other high-profile locations. In my current capacity, I am responsible for designing and executing robust HSE programs, fostering a safety-conscious culture, and ensuring regulatory compliance. My ability to seamlessly manage multiple projects, evident from my part-time role as a Project HSE Manager at Four Seasons Hotel, District S Beirut, and L'Orient 12, showcases my proficiency in balancing responsibilities and delivering excellence on every front. Prior to my tenure at MAN Enterprise, I honed my skills as an HSE Officer at both Abniah s.a.r.l. and MATTA ET ASSOCIES SAL. During this period, I demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to mitigating potential risks. My contributions were instrumental in enhancing safety protocols and streamlining processes to create safer work environments. Before transitioning to the private sector, I served with distinction in the Lebanese Armed Forces as part of the Public Health and Technical Operations team. My role involved managing technical operations and spearheading crucial risk management projects that positively impacted the Medical Healthcare Services base. This experience instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and a commitment to excellence that still drives me today. Notably, I kick-started my career as a Project Field Coordinator at the University of Balamand's Office of Co-Academic Projects. This early exposure to project coordination laid the foundation for my future success in managing intricate HSE projects effectively. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am passionate about social causes, having served as a Psycho-Social Rehabilitator for Landmine Survivors, a role that allowed me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted by conflict. My success in the field is driven by an unwavering belief in collaboration and continuous improvement.
