Technical • Evaluation of the new features and enhancement implemented at the customer request. • Setup of test cases to open a ticket and to allow R&D to easily reproduce issues • Tickets management. • Manage customer migration to major tools release. • Implementation of new methodologies to help customers to improve automation. • Help and support of customers to retrieve and use old database. • Ensure successful contracts renewal. • Regular technical meeting with all current customers to collect feedback. • Management of technical Support of particular customers to reach successful tape-out. • Interfacing with iPDK developers and foundries.
