Bachelor of Creative Technology graduate with real experience in utilising creative problem solving and different design/system methodologies within the technology sector.With a strong passion for product development, marketing and user interaction, I excel in creative fields of work where I can push boundaries and make a difference. Having completed a range of projects in different fields of design, I have cultivated a strong creative process and continue to build on my effective critical thinking skills. I specialise in utilising a range of design and systems thinking methodologies to approach problems from a unique angle in order to complete briefs and tasks to a high standard. A large focus of my projects has been on entrepreneurship and brand design, which has helped further my understanding of marketing strategies and customer experience.In addition with four years of experience in retail and sales with training in customer service and store management, I am adept at building and maintaining customer relations, as well as establishing new customer channels.
