About Fradel Barber

I believe financial education only matters if it leads to action. That’s why I built The World Changers®—combining financial education with real-life implementation so families, entrepreneurs, and communities can change their finances.I started in the financial industry at 21, with no connections and no roadmap. Over 20 years, I grew a team of 300+ licensed professionals and served thousands of clients across the U.S.But I kept seeing the same problem. Middle- and upper-middle-income families—the forgotten middle—were being overlooked. They were sold products without clear guidance, or given generic education they didn’t know how to apply. So after two decades, I started over.I created The World Changers to make financial education simple and actionable. To bridge the gap between learning and implementing strategies. To build a values-driven company. And to give entrepreneurial financial professionals a place to grow and lead.My values: integrity, dedication, excellence, and impact. Do the right thing, even when it’s hard. Stay committed to the mission and the people we serve. Hold world-class standards to get world-class results. And grow our giving as we grow our business.About me: Brooklyn-born, now based in Miami. Oldest of 12 kids, and a proud mom of four. Always building. Always growing.I’m open to connecting with professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who believe in building with purpose.
