A CIM qualified marketer with over 20 years marketing experience across three distribution channels (direct to consumer, IFA and banks and building societies) within the Financial Services Sector, covering ATL, BTL, online, cross sales and loyalty and retention, point of sale, and voice of the customer insight analytics across a wide product offering. My experience includes, customer insight, marketing planning and reforecasting, campaign planning and delivery, budget management, brand management, data briefing, creative briefing and agency management, print buying (using ‘invite to tender’ process) and stock management, campaign management and analysis, database management, copywriting as well as people management.
