Fran Downey is a Wilmington, North Carolina based Realtor in partnership with Fathom Realty. Fran and her family called the area home soon after a vacation in 2009 when she and her husband Jeff fell in love with city and knew this was their home of the future. She loves the challenge of working in real estate to create win-win outcomes by defining the end goal, exploring all options, and setting a plan of action.
