About Fran Hurley

I enjoy working in a team environment that's supportive and productive. My career history is very diversified consisting of working in sales, a personal banker for a major bank, a credit analysis for a major oil and gas company and lastly holding a management role, along with medical, billing and administrative positions at a hospital. As a result of Hurricane Katrina, I relocated from New Orleans to Houston in 2005 and took on a non leadership and less stressful role. I feel in my current position I bring creativity and organizational skills to the facility department. In this department you have to have flexibility and adaptability skills in order to respond quickly to the many mop orders and RIR submittal, because everyone feels their request is a crisis situation. I feel everyone need to develop their own survival kit for handling the most challenging and stressful situations
