I am outgoing and, I am told I am friendly and possess a good sense of humour, which I believe are required attributes when leading and supporting a passionate and skilful team.My previous team and I were passionate about supporting people with a disability, who found it difficult to secure competitive and sustainable employment. We believed working to the IPS model of Employment Support to be advantageous in making what might have seemed impossible, possible.
