I have been working in BP during 24 years.During this time, I worked in several areas:First on commercial, selling fuel to customers. In a BP subsidiary company in BarcelonaI have been responsible for the management of a load truck facilities of petrol and diesel, for bpcustomers within the Castellon refinery.I have been training and development consultant for the refinery, during 6 years.I have been involved from the start in the Continuous Improvement Program Castellon in which weimplement the culture of continuous improvement within the refinery. In the implementation of SAP in Castellon I was the Change Lead, responsible for employee training andcommunications.From September 2015 to May 2016,temporary asigment to Communication and External affairs sectionin Castellon Refinery. Reporting to the manager I was part of the team collaborating in all thesection activities and coordinating the budget.Team member during the last 2 Castellon Refinery Turnaround in 2012 and 2017. In 2012 inside the Towers team, as Field supervisor and in 2018 as Technical supervising 2 Field supervisor inDistillation Area.In the 2018 Alkylation Turnaround, I was the Logistics Lead supervising 1 BP Senior Operator and severalContractors Iturry.My background is primarily in Human Resources with a postgrade master. I am also certified by BP as Continuous Improvement Coach.
