As a Solutionist, I specialize in leveraging People, Business Processes, and Technology to drive efficiencies and consistently deliver results. As an individual contributor, I am akin to self-leveling cement. I proactively identify and address immediate crises, stabilizing the current state and aligning scalable solutions for our future. I am the team's performance-enhancing drug, fostering a safe space for collaboration and ensuring all stakeholders can contribute their best. How well my people are doing is a direct reflection of me. As a leader, my job is to ensure my team has the tools, training, coaching, and information needed to be their best selves daily. I actively remove barriers, work on career development strategies, and detail SMART goals to help every individual succeed. I relish seeing my team members level up! In a continuous improvement cycle, I actively seek out new data/feedback from all sources to drive KPIs. This can come from data mining, colleague brainstorming, online research, Customer feedback, etc. Most importantly, I ensure that credit is given to all contributors to ensure continued engagement in the process. I have experience with Agile Development, BRD, UAT testing, Training Development, & Change Management. I greatly enjoy working with different teams and departments. As a Solutionist, I always seek a puzzle that needs resolving and am eager to learn.
