About Fran Snowise

I have spent the last five years in an environment that has allowed me to flourish as both curriculum designer and supervisor. I have been afforded opportunities to expand and manipulate our curriculum in ways that have yielded outstanding results. Our school ranked this past year third in the English language arts proficiency compared to the other 89 charters in the state. In math, we ranked 4th in the state. Our students are receiving customized instruction according to their performance levels. I have been coordinating our 6th-8th grade International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program for the last two years where our students are thriving and the teachers are growing a deeper understanding of living an IB professional life. I am extremely proud to say that my teachers return year after year and we have a 96% retention rate of certified teachers who work with our leadership team and me. I have worked hard over the years to develop meaningful relationships that make us all better educators. I have had a truly amazing experience in my current position and want to explore my role as a supervisor in a different setting. I am very excited about an opportunity to work with more schools and more educators!
