About Fran Taylor

My back ground is in the health and fitness industry having worked in a Health & Fitness Club until having my daughter. Since then I have successfully managed my own Yoga classes and given advice on nutrition and exercise. I have experience and qualifications in Gym Instructing, Nutrition, Make-up and Skin Care, Facial and Body Massage, Hatha Yoga Instructor, Basic Counselling and Kinesiology. I also am involved in a new company helping people over 40 with gut health, weight management and looking younger without invasive procedures.
