About Frances Bach

As a Medical Writer at Avania B.V, I am involved in all clinical phases of medical device development, including protocol design, study report and manuscript writing, and performing clinical evaluations for the medical device industry. I hold a PhD (cum laude) in spinal orthopaedics, specifically on regenerative treatments for intervertebral disc degeneration, and my work has resulted in >20 peer-reviewed publications in scientific and medical journals. Based on my results, the iPSpine Horizon 2020 project (https://ipspine.eu; collaboration between over 30 international universities/research centers), was funded by the European Union. In this project, I executed the role as postdoctoral researcher and supervised (PhD) students, performed my own research, wrote scientific articles, grant proposals, work package reports, and deliverables. I am an ambitious, efficiently working, reliable employer, I am perfectly able to make decisions on my own and can work independently as well as in a team.(Scientific) writing, organisation and (time) management are my main strengths.
