I’m Frances — a certified Emotional Fitness Coach, Health & Wellness Coach, Healing Touch Practitioner, Personal Trainer, and Physical Therapist Assistant with over 16 years of experience in healthcare and holistic well-being. Midlife hit like a plot twist I didn’t see coming, but through that journey, I rediscovered my strength — and now I help other women do the same as they return to their most authentic selves. My background in physical therapy, health coaching, and holistic practices such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Healing Touch helps restore balance, reduce stress, and promote emotional resilience. Through the 12-Step AH-HA Emotional Fitness Program, I guide women to heal emotional wounds, uncover their inner wisdom, and build confidence through perimenopause and beyond. I’m passionate about meeting women where they are — helping them nurture physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being so they can live their most authentic, purpose-driven lives. My mission is to support women in remembering who they are meant to be — and to feel like themselves again.
