I provide a service that supercharges and accelerates business strategy and decision-making with superior team alignment, planning, goal-setting, target-hitting and execution. For small business, I create strategy with them and alongside them, using proven tools and techniques for iterative and innovative development of a go-forward plan that gets them to their goals and better able to see where they are on that journey. For large business, I work inside the organisation as interim for delivery of complex, high-risk projects aimed at strategic business change and transformation. My clients appreciate the detailed, honest, and collaborative approach I bring to every project, every strategy, ensuring a smooth, organized, and transparent ride. My view is that innovation, strategy implementation and execution can be organised and consistent, not random and chaotic. My goal is always to create sustainable change that continues to add value long after my work and project is complete. Skilled up in a variety of methodologies including PRINCE2 Practitioner, Registered Change Management Practitioner, Smart Brevity, ISTQB Software Testing and IACCM Contracts & Commercial Management. Former professional dancer, lover and learner of foreign languages, I also enjoy dressmaking in my spare time.
