Considered as a Product Specialist, knowledge in Online Banking, Mobile Applications, Bill Payer Service, Retirement Central (IRA’s), Mobile Deposit, Secure Chat, Cash Edge (A2A & P2P) Quicken, QuickBooks & Finance Works. I resolve member online and banking problems received via email and secure chat. I provide correspondence to members and vendors to provide efficient member service in all specialized areas. I alos identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to member/credit union. I cross sell new products and services to both new and existing members that meet their financial needs.
