Strategic and highly-driven problem-solver, passionate about access to innovations and strengthening Australia’s biotech and pharmaceutical ecosystem. As a biomedical engineer by training, my background includes biotech start up, healthcare, financial services, research, and consulting - where I have a proven track record of bringing together strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver high-impact strategies. Currently, I am a Consultant in Biointelect’s Commercialisation, Market Access and Policy team, where I work with pharmaceutical companies, biotech start-ups, universities, research institutes, and government. I have demonstrated experience delivering commercialisation and R&D strategies, launch readiness, as well as policy, advocacy and ecosystem development projects across complex and emerging therapeutic areas (oncology, patient-specific medical devices, cell therapies and infectious diseases). Skilled in market assessments, go-to-market strategies, financial modelling, feasibility assessments, project management and stakeholder engagement from across early-stage R&D through to successful market commercialisation.
