About Francesca Baldi

Senior lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, labor law and bankruptcy law; President at Baldi & Partners (Reggio Emilia, Milan, Parma), member of Geneva Group International (GGI) since June 2013. She has been working as consultant for many different Italian and foreign companies (Spain, Holland, UK, Australia, France and Sweden). She also provides legal advice and assistance in M&A operations involving Italian and foreign companies. Legal consultant for Nominated Advisors in the admission to trading of ordinary shares on AIM Italia (the market of Borsa Italiana devoted to Italian small and medium enterprises). Legal consultant for the implementation of governance procedures required by the Italian law on corporate administrative responsibility (Decreto Legislativo 8 giugno 2001, n. 231) for many clients and member of Organismo di Vigilanza of Italian companies as per the same D.Lgs. In 2016 she has been appointed representative of the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE (IICUAE) in view of the Expo2020 event, which will take place in Dubai. In October 2016, she has been elected Member of the Executive Committee of GGI, becoming the first non-founding member and the first woman to seat in the Executive Committee.
