About Francesca Bertolotti

At Integra Fragrances, as a Junior Product Manager, I handle end-to-end projects in the world of scent - from personal care to home fragrance - following every step from the first client brief to the final delivery. I kick things off by aligning with the fragrance and sales teams, then dive into the operational side: cost analysis, bill of materials, supplier selection, and production planning. I choose the right partners for each project, keep everything (and everyone) on track, and make sure timelines don’t just exist on paper. I also work closely with our in-house graphic designer, bringing a bit of creative flair to the process - from concept brainstorming to final touches. I love turning client ideas into solid, well-made products, using a mix of organization, practicality, and a decent amount of problem-solving (and coffee). When I’m not managing projects, you’ll most likely find me at the gym - or, if it’s a rest day, putting together my latest Pinterest board full of beauty and fashion trends, or crochet projects I’ll probably never finish. I also love spending time outdoors, planning my next trip, or hunting for the next great spot to have dinner.
