About Francesca Ceccarini

Project Manager in the Operation & Strategy department with 15 years of experience. I started my career in New York as a project engineer and then I took on more responsibilities reaching a managerial role. Since 2013 my core responsibilities include- Project management of main ongoing projects as well as business development with scouting of new projects- Planning and monitoring the overall project progresses and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary- Reporting on project progresses and assessments liaison with appointed project representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project. In addition, my responsibilities include management of the joint ventures and sub-consultants, contract, budget definition, and negotiation. In 2015, I established in the current Company a new business unit of Operation & Strategy.+4 years experience in the Middle East where I started from day zero the start-up of one of the most innovative transportation project for the Qatari Ministry of Transport and two mega projects (one of +500 employees) for the Saudi Ministry of Interior. This gave me the possibility to have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, controlling trough management of budget timing planning resource to address programmatic needs of the project. Together with my team, we strived for introducing management innovation in these two foreign company offices ruled by outdated management systems.
