Conducts evidenced based policy analysis, facilitates networks and multi-stakeholder consensus-building, and provides technical and advisory services and evaluations. Engages an environment-economics-social-governance and gender “systems” approach to: produce evidence-based assessments and recommendations; and replicate and scale-up good practice.
