A dedicated Senior Product Design Scientist with six years of experience working at Cargill, who has a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Nutrition & Food Science, and extensive experience in managing complex food development projects from concept through to launch. Working in a customer-facing role for a variety of multichannel customers, I pride myself on taking the time to understand their needs, exploring multiple alternatives, and taking well-reasoned risks to overcome obstacles and find solutions. One of my biggest strengths is tenacity; I am committed to launching successful, diverse and innovative products that meet all stakeholder requirements. Being highly conversed in working in challenging environments, I am very resilient and can easily adapt to change.
