Curious by nature, tech-driven by passion, HR by choice. Since 2006, I’ve been building meaningful connections between people and opportunities, driven by the belief that people are the true engine of innovation — and that the role of Human Resources is to empower and nurture them. At OverIT, a software company where I currently work as Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner Manager, I’ve found the perfect environment to explore what fascinates me most: the intersection of human and tech. I lead projects that blend empathy and data, strategy and culture, listening and vision. I’m passionate about employer branding, employee experience, and organizational culture. And now more than ever, I’m exploring all possible connections between HR and Artificial Intelligence — tools, ideas, and approaches that can make the world of work not only more efficient, but also more human. Empathy is my first work tool — it helps me truly listen, read between the lines, and build authentic relationships that go beyond simply matching skills. But it's data that gives strength to intuition: I believe in the power of data to guide decisions, tell meaningful stories, and measure real impact.
