I've led comprehensive programs focused on creating impactful experiences for both Early in Career and employees across EMEA, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution. From designing engaging events (both virtual and in-person) to managing vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders, I’ve delivered exceptional experiences that supported early-career talent and senior employees. My background also includes hosting global recruiting initiatives and driving employee engagement programs through Equality Groups and social committees. My passion lies in creating meaningful experiences that have a positive impact on society and on the planet. I'm a dedicated advocate for sustainability, being an An Taisce Climate Ambassador and having led the Ireland Earthforce chapter at Salesforce for over 2 years.
