About Francesca Dini

As a Program Manager at Salesforce, I craft and lead the diverse and multifaceted program of experiences for all Interns, Apprentices, Student Workers and New Grads in EMEA, ensuring a region-wide excellent experience through in-person and virtual events. I own the process from onboarding to offboarding, managing vendors, budget, and executive speakers. In previous roles I delivered global and regional virtual University Recruiting events, partnering closely with our Recruiting and Marketing teams. I also crafted Employee Engagement Programs and managed events and budgets for Equality Groups and social committees. I have a passion for people, communication, and design, striving to make technology accessible and creating platforms to provide people with the best solutions. I have a background in engagement and communications, having contributed to a program that supported and entertained employees and their families during the pandemic. I am deeply enthusiastic and passionate when it comes to Sustainability - I am an An Taisce Climate Ambassador and I lead the Ireland Earthforce chapter at Salesforce, where I get to organise volunteering campaigns and initiatives for employees in partnership with non profits.
