About Francesca Griffin

Turning movement into connection while blending artistry, athleticism, and inclusivity. From the stage to the classroom, I believe in creating spaces where creativity and confidence can thrive. Skidmore College alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Dance (choreography & performance) and Health & Human Physiological Sciences. For over a decade, I’ve brought energy, precision, and artistry to performance spaces such as stages, concerts, festivals, films, and schools. My passion goes beyond performance, from teaching modern and hip hop dance to guiding children ages 3–14, volunteering with young dancers with physical and developmental challenges, I believe dance is a bridge to creativity and community. Off the stage, I’ve honed my people skills in the hospitality industry with 8 years in restaurants and 3 years behind, I've learned a lot about grace under pressure, adaptability, and how to make anyone feel welcome. Whether choreographing a new piece or collaborating with a team, I bring drive, warmth, and a spark of creativity to every project.
