About Francesca Ilsaint

I am a current undergraduate senior with aspirations of becoming a Physician Assistant. I have an unyielding passion for primary care that fuels my love for my current position as a Lead teacher in my childcare center. Watching and helping our future generations grow in all the ways I can is something that I find very rewarding. Having come from Haiti where there is minimal access to health care that the children would greatly benefit from, is something that has fueled my passion for primary care. In my home country, so much potential has been hindered due to a lack of health, educational, and social care. I want to give to the upcoming generations around me by providing the type of care I know so many from my home country would benefit from. Becoming a Physician Assistant will allow me to have the flexibility to give back and also serve in different areas of health care that I am passionate about after watching their effects on those around me and myself. Such passions include black maternal health, balancing physiology issues such as hormonal imbalances through lifestyle changes, and skin health.
