I believe sustainable success comes from the quality of a team’s relationships and conversations: how leaders think together, challenge well, and align around what truly matters. My work helps leadership teams strengthen trust, build collective clarity, sharpen focus and create the conditions where both people and performance thrive; delivering lasting results. Before moving into organisational development in 2010, I spent eight years at PwC as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and financial auditor - that commercial grounding continues to shape my coaching; bringing a business-led, pragmatic edge to everything I do. For more than a decade, I’ve worked exclusively with executive and leadership teams, combining business insight with deep expertise in human dynamics to create meaningful, lasting change. I’m accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools, including Team Management Systems, Myers-Briggs, FIRO-B, Hogan and Strengths Profile. I’m also a certified systemic team coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching and hold international (EMCC) accreditation with the Global Team Coaching Institute. Calm, curious, and pragmatic by nature, I’m energised by helping leaders create space to think, connect, and perform at their best - together.
