About Francesca Marangoni

I am a user experience designer specialising in information architecture, content strategy and - more broadly - digital communication and services. I have worked in different contexts and organisations and have been involved in - designing the information architecture of websites and digital platforms for tourism, e-commerce, museums and higher education - leading design and development teams - facilitating cross-functional teams in the creation and management of user-centred digital content and services - designing and writing content for the web. I love helping organisations create services and content that respond to user needs and behaviours, have a concrete and measurable impact, and build a collaborative and productive working environment. I enjoy learning and experimenting with new design and co-design techniques and methods. I am a lecturer and speaker in training courses on web writing and content design. I run seminars and workshops for university students on information architecture and content strategy.
