About Francesca Orio

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in digital workplace technologies. My career started in localization project management, where I supported global product and content releases across multiple markets. This experience allowed me to master cross-functional collaboration and culturally sensitive communication, skills that now strengthen my work in enterprise system implementations.Over time, I expanded into training project teams on generative AI, demonstrating how AI can optimize project workflows, automate manual tasks, and support better decision-making. Today, I lead projects in the e-learning and HR spaces, guiding organizations through SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, from configuration and testing to release management, admin enablement, and end-user rollout. I also support SAP Work Zone for HR projects, helping teams create digital workplaces that connect learning, communication, and collaboration. If you’re working with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and/or Work Zone, or simply want to talk project management or localization, feel free to reach out!
