Crafting seamless user experiences is my passion. My approach in designing seamless solutions is driven by a deep analysis of user insights through strategic thinking. Starting from a deep analysis to frame and tackle which needs and frictions are affecting the journey experience to than identify actionable solutions and deliver proposals without leaving out any aspect of development (encompassing product, service and strategy levels). I believe that one of the key aspects of a successful project is based on the combination of multiple approaches and point of views coming from different areas. This is the reason why, I aim to combine together the creative design crafts and methodologies with the strategical approach and frameworks applied in the business, innovation and marketing fields. Design Thinking, Lean and Growth methodologies and Systems thinking are my key drivers during my projects development processes.
