Daily VM implementation, following central headquarter's guidelines. Working closely with the VM manager,store managers & product team for product launches and focus on RTW, LG and accessories Fortnightly in store rotations and implementations according to the retail strategies for each window and wall concept. Assisting VM Manager in regular in-store training of the staff. Creation of monthly planning activities Writing Periodic reports to the HQ of VM activities with pictures and descriptions. Preparing monthly reports of the performances of the VM in terms of sales (use of sales database phyton) Other administrative work on VM. Ensuring all VM needs are met on time and consistently (minor works; light boxes; issues with contractors; prop orders, etc) Coordinating and supervising window installations and displays. Providing Country Visual Merchandising Manager with regular feedback / photos of the stores to Ensuring standards are being met and maintained. Attending visual trainings, and communicating with store teams about standards and information updates. Adapting Louis Vuitton directives to local businesses. Assisting Country Visual Merchandiser Manager, other corporate departments and Store Managers with visual aspects of new store openings and all visual aspects of special events and other store initiatives
