About Francesca Rossi

Graduated at the Faculty of Political Science "Cesare Alfieri" University of Florence in 2003. Attained a Master Degree in "Peacekeeping and Security Studies" at the University of Roma Tre and training at the European level (Pelastusopisto Emergency College Finland; Civil Protection Unit Neuhausen, Germany) in the field of Cooperation; Emergency Environment; Humanitarian Issues. Holds a Master Degree in EU Project Management. Long and short term missions aimed at humanitarian assistance, study and creation of development projects in Kosovo, Thailand and Liberia. As Coordinator Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia in Rome, performed educational activities directed to administrators and technicians of the public authorities in the field of Civil Protection and began to focus on European design in all its phases as adviser on European, national and regional funding. Over the years I honed my skills focusing on the preparation of project ideas, in the study of requirements for partnership management, search of notices and monitoring activities in the framework of a project by placing my professionalism at the disposal of public and private institutions, cultural associations, NGOs, associations of category and so on.
