About Francesca Santangelo

Francesca has successfully delivered creativity, compassion, and excellence in the dance and fitness industry for over 20 years. As the former business owner of The Dance Depot in New York City, she shared her passion for dance and community engagement, leading to scholarships to different programs across the country, consistent top 5 placements during competitions, and initiatives for different causes such as breast cancer awareness and Hurricane Katrina. Francesca used her go-getter attitude to start Mini-Me Creations to combine excitement and uniqueness into the costume designing world. This venture led to helping people and dance studios across the tri-state area, including 2 Miss New Hampshire contestants during the Miss America competition. Giving a piece of herself to younger dancers and choreographers, Fran went on to judge dance competitions, be a jazz funk and tap dance master teacher, adjudicator, and a stage manager for Dancers Inc. Her community outreach spread throughout the Northeast United States, even to the NY public school system where she costumed, choreographed, and directed for three years. Fran transitioned into the fitness world where she has been able to use her skills to empower others towards a healthy lifestyle. She continued to stay ahead of the trends as a AFAA certified personal trainer by becoming a yoga, cycling (Spin), and Zumba instructor. Regardless of the role, she is fueled by her love of teaching and holistic health to make a difference in people’s lives.
