About Francesca Semark

If you were able to walk into my classroom you would see a buzz of curiosity and learning. I pride myself on fostering an environment where pupil well-being is paramount. I believe that a child who feels safe and secure will be able to open themselves to the amazing world of learning; taking risks, making mistakes all the while knowing I am there supporting their journey to achieve success. All children have an inquisitive nature and I enjoy using questions as platforms for investigation, observation and ultimately knowledge. I have a reputation for impeccable positive behaviour management. I am highly self-motivated and thrive in a high-pressure school environment. I am able to work alone however I do value working as part of a great team to collaborate on and enhance individual ideas to make a greater impact on our children's learning.
