Throughout my career I have had many roles that bring different skill sets, I feel as my experience in customer service roles for over 10 years, gives myself the tools to be able to be to problem solve and bring a positive solution to the area that needs my skills. With all jobs I have been working in, I have always been in a close team that work together. Making sure that everyone has an in put into the tasks that we are given at evenly distributed and also has a team effort on the final outcome if the task surpasses the individual. A friendly and enthusiastic individual who is seeking a new challenging career after many years of being in the retail sector, I possess excellent communication and listening skills. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I am a hardworking individual who strives to achieve the best in all areas, and I am always eager to learn new skills and advance my career. I have a calm and patient disposition meaning that I am able to work effectively under pressure and focus on the task in hand. I am proficient working in a team, but also work well independently. To succeed in this role i had to be exceptionally organised and demonstrate strong communication skills. In my next role, I am looking to take on new challenges and additional knowledge. I am keen to build upon my knowledge and continue to learn within this sector. As a self motivated individual, I am keen to begin in any role.
