About Francesca Strano

I graduated at University of Genoa in Industrial and Management Engineering where I stretched my organisation skills to the limit by studying the optimisation of production systems from all points of view: economic, managerial, productive, and logistic. During University, I decided to divide my time between studying and a full-time summer job, which gave me the opportunity to develop my organisational, time keeping and problem solving skills under a fast-paced and demanding environment. I have then moved to London where I am experiencing living in one of the most intercultural city in the world and I am focusing on my goal of improving my English speaking skills and nurturing my passion for hospitality. Having advanced through several leadership roles and launching a new section of the club, I began transforming our procurement systems. I am now exploring roles that allow me to focus 100% on hospitality systems innovation.
