2022 MBA Graduate in Sustainable Innovation from University of Victoria. Experienced in working for fast paced innovative start up businesses. Work experience includes Commercial Operations under the Business Development team at Redwood Materials (battery recycling and manufacturing), and Technical Sales and Marketing Manager at Cobram Estates Olives (olive oil growing, production and marketing) from 2018 - 2021. Through these roles I have worked in the following sectors: customer service, account management, program management, project management, food production, agriculture, harvesting, manufacturing, processing, supply chain management, NPD, marketing and finished good sales. Mission Statement: I believe that any startup organization can be successful as long as the leadership team is united and can share a clear vision and goal for the company. I enjoy working with stakeholders to establish these goals and put them in action by working with teams to develop cross discipline solutions for whatever obstacles might exist. I am a passionate learner and will only work for a company that I truly believe in. No matter what the industry, I will dedicate myself to know everything about the product inside and out and will be its strongest advocate. Personal Statement: I have a deep love for the outdoors and am an advocate for the "work hard, play hard" way of life. Work life balance is key, and you will never get the results at work you desire without taking time to truly appreciate life. If I am not at work or in a class, you can find me skiing up the nearest mountain peak, ski patrolling at our local ski hill, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, running and in general adventuring with friends.
