I have worked in customer service for over 9 years now throughout a variety of different industries. This has allowed me to excel within my career roles and broaden my knowledge My additional skills and achievements are: Started my own small business on Etsy selling uniquely made digital downloads Achieved an Upper Second Class Honours degree in International Tourism Management, from the University of Lincoln. Worked on a live brief with The Collection Museum. Creating a strategy to increase visits and engagement levels amongst young people (aged 18-25). Completed the Principles of Marketing module that provided with me with a significant understanding of how to utilise marketing in a professional setting. My learnings from this module continue to support me in my career to date. Awarded a 1:1 grade for my dissertation: ‘An investigation into millennial’s attitudes and behaviours towards eco-labels, with particular focus on green hotels’. 🧠 Completed several courses towards my continued professional development. These courses include Social Media Marketing and Inbound Marketing. ‍ Promoted within eight months from a Trainee position to Sales Operational Co-ordinator. 🤝 Has autonomy over the project division management of EPM. Working with schools to provide ad-hock services to meet their current need.
