Product and Program Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in developing and managing digital projects across various industries—including sport & entertainment, energy & utilities, finance, and automotive—with a strong focus on digital product and platform development and process digitalization. I have built solid expertise in managing remote teams, third parties, and complex stakeholders, supporting clients in launching new digital products and making strategic decisions across OTT, web, and app ecosystems. Over the past 9 years, I’ve been directly involved in the growth and transformation of Deltatre (now part of Bain Capital), contributing to its evolution from a specialized provider of digital services for sports to a global scaleup and market leader in video streaming and sport data technology, now valued at over €1 billion. In this journey, I have led high-profile international projects for global clients, coordinating distributed teams and managing complex stakeholder networks in highly technical and organizationally intense environments. At the same time, I’ve played an active role in defining and managing product strategy, leading the development of end-to-end roadmaps and contributing to the design of modular, scalable, and user-centric platforms. I’ve worked closely with design, research, engineering, and commercial leadership to help translate business vision into impactful, market-ready solutions. I recently completed an Executive MBA with a dual focus on business strategy and technological innovation—an experience that allowed me to deepen my understanding of how digital transformation reshapes business models, markets, and organizations. During the program, I focused on topics such as innovation management, sustainability, and the strategic impact of emerging technologies (AI, data economy, digital platforms). This journey further strengthened my ability to combine strategic vision, operational execution, and a data-informed mindset in the development and management of high-impact digital products.
