My academic journey culminated in a six-month internship at the Credit Trading Desk of MPS Capital Services, where I had the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a dynamic, real-world financial environment. Professional Growth in International Markets Driven by a passion for global business, I transitioned into international trade and joined RCR Cristalleria Italiana in 2016 as an Export Manager. Over the years, my role has expanded significantly, and I currently oversee the EEMEA Region. My experience spans multiple sales channels, including retail distributors, chains, HORECA, and B2B, allowing me to craft and implement tailored promotional strategies based on market dynamics and client needs. Market Expansion & Strategic Development I have successfully led market development initiatives, either by entering new regions or strengthening brand positioning in existing ones. My approach combines data-driven analysis with on-the-ground experience, ensuring sustainable growth and impactful results. Additionally, I honed strong back-office management skills, particularly during the challenges of the pandemic, optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
