My professional path started as Consultant and Project Manager (on behalf of companies leader in the Fashion industry, industrial and automotive) and then developed in the Corporate Division of Gucci Company, later acquired by Kering (International Group, leader in Luxury Sportswear & Life Style). In addition to the Corporate Business Solutions know-how, I have gained strong skills in strategy, management and organization for the following areas- Finance: accounting, economic & financial management (financial Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Controlling, Planning and investments evaluations, Reporting) depth and solid know-how- Governance & Business Strategy: Due Diligence process, Feasibility studies. Change & Risk Management. Intra and inter company negotiations- Organization management: Corporate strategic planning and intra/inter company business implementation. Structure, processes, organizational procedures analysis and review in order to optimize and innovate business units- Project Management: Cross-functional teams and external consultants coordination. Objectives, planning, monitoring, evaluation definition of strategic corporate projects. Communication flows management.
