About Francesco Caselli

I began a single path in Dalpex as production operator (6 months) and then as warehouse operator (3 months) for understanding my company problems and people needs. Logistic Manager was the second step that gave me responsability of warehouse activities, transport, purchaising of traded goods and most difficult thing a 12 person team management. In 2006 I began to work as site Manager of Ariete, another production and logistic plant of Dalpex Group based in Milan. Person to manage were 50 and this experience included other responsabilities as production management, production planning, order data entry and customer service. Aliaxis Group bought Dalpex in 2008 and I managed the warehouse and production lines trasfer from Milan to Piombino. I came back to Dalpex as Supply Chain Manager and then as Site Manager on 2 plants with 90 people and in charge all activities. In 2011 a long plant reorganization project started involving me hardly for moving to Piombino external warehouses and new production Lines. Reorganization project ended in 2014, in time with good results. January 2016 I became the new Supply Chain Manager at Redi Headquarter in Bologna taking in charge Logistic and Supply Chain activities. During 2017, after 14 years, I left Aliaxis Group and I moved to Webasto Thermo & Comfort at Molinella where, with in charge, prodution planning, procurement and material disposition I spent 4 very formative months. This experience gave me possibility to work with SAP and in a very exciting international environment. In January 2018 the opportunity to become Operation Director and to move close home brings me to Toscolapi, a Chemical Company, where I'm managing safety, environment, production, maintenance and logistic activities. On March 2019 I'm in charge as Gestore for Toscolapi according to D. Lgs 105/2015 "Seveso" for factory with relevant accident risk. I'm HACCP team's Manager for Toscolapi food additive line.
